Plans and limits

Compare Free, Starter, Cafe Plus and Growth (Enterprise is coming soon), and see how limits, overage and upgrades work.

Every account starts on the Free plan the moment you sign up. Plans differ in how much you can set up and which modules are included. Order taking and billing are never locked behind a plan.

The plans

Prices are per month in rupees. Yearly billing is 23% cheaper and billed yearly.

Free, ₹0: 1 outlet, 1 device, 100 menu items, 3 staff, 1,000 orders a month, with menu and analytics.
Starter, ₹299: 1 outlet, 2 devices, 150 items, 5 staff, 3,000 orders a month included. Adds delivery, inventory and offers.
Cafe Plus, ₹699: 2 outlets, 5 devices, 300 items, 12 staff, 3,000 orders a month. Everything in Starter, plus the staff and payments modules.
Growth, ₹1,999: 3 outlets, 6 devices, 500 items, 20 staff, 15,000 orders a month. Adds the staff module.
Enterprise, coming soon: for chains with many outlets. Limits and pricing are to be announced. Not on sale yet.

Two kinds of limit

Hard limits stop you from creating more: outlets, devices, menu items and staff. You will see a clear message explaining what to do.

Order volume works differently:

On paid plans it is soft-metered. If you pass the included orders, the overage is billed and your tills never block.
On Free it is a hard monthly cap of 1,000 orders. Offline sales that sync later are still accepted, so a sale made offline is never lost.

Devices and sessions

Your plan sets how many devices can register and also how many can be signed in at the same time. If you reach the limit, sign out of a device you are not using, or upgrade. A device signed in but idle for a while stops counting.

Seeing your usage

Open Settings › Plan & usage to see the modules you have and your orders this month against what is included.

Upgrading or downgrading

Request an upgrade from Settings › Plan & usage. Modules follow the plan you are on. If you move to a smaller plan, features the new plan does not include become unavailable, and limits apply to anything new you create.

Before downgrading, check that your outlets, items and staff fit within the smaller plan.
